Direct Subsidy
1)Prior-registration costs refer to expenses of the business (including the transfer of existing overseas investment interests and capital increase projects between domestic enterprises) for the purpose of conducting foreign investment cooperation business (excluding the transfer of existing overseas investment rights and capital increase projects between domestic enterprises), before purchasing the resource warrants, or signing with foreign parties. Prior to contracting a project, the costs associated with obtaining the project include the following:
a. Legal, technical, and business consulting fees
b. Survey and investigation fees
c. Project feasibility study report and safety assessment report preparation fees
d. Material fees for purchasing regulatory documents and tenders
e. Translation fees for normative documents and tenders
2)Loan Discount
Foreign-funded enterprises, units engaged in overseas investment, overseas agricultural, forestry, fishery, mining cooperation, loans for project management for more than one year (including one year); or foreign contracted engineering enterprises, units engaged in foreign contracted projects, external design consultation, Loans for more than one year (including one year) for project management are subject to interest subsidies. Loans may be obtained from domestic and foreign banks by enterprises, units, or enterprises controlled by enterprises or units of this Municipality.
Projects that have been accumulatively supported by special funds for 3 years will enjoy no interest subsidies.
